Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to DriveCrashX: Car Simulator (the “Game”), published by beenjoy.games (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It describes information handled when you play the Game and use features such as rewarded advertisements or in-app purchases.

The Game does not currently require an account. We do not ask for your name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone, or camera access to play.

Children and families

DriveCrashX is intended for a mixed, family-friendly audience. We apply age-appropriate treatment where required. If a player is identified as a child under applicable law, advertising requests are configured for restricted, non-personalized treatment and an age-appropriate maximum ad-content rating.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. We do not ask children to provide contact information, create a profile, or make personal information public. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information may contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, request its deletion from the relevant provider.

Information processed

Information stored by the Game

• Game settings, preferences, selected vehicle, and entitlement status.
• Cars temporarily unlocked with rewarded ads during the current session.
• Purchase status needed to restore premium or purchased content.
• Basic technical diagnostics needed to detect errors and maintain the Game.

Information processed by advertising services

Google Mobile Ads and its authorized demand partners may process technical information such as IP address, general location inferred from IP, device and operating-system information, app version, language, advertising identifiers where legally permitted, consent choices, ad interactions, and diagnostic information. The precise data used depends on region, age treatment, device settings, and the consent choices available to you.

Advertising and consent

The Game uses Google AdMob to provide rewarded ads. Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform presents privacy choices before ads are requested. Personalized advertising is used only when permitted by applicable law and your available choices. Players who decline personalization may receive contextual or non-personalized ads.

A reward is granted only after the advertising SDK confirms that the reward condition was completed. Closing or failing an ad before that confirmation does not unlock the requested car.

You can revisit applicable advertising privacy choices from the Game’s privacy settings. Device-level advertising controls may also be available in Android settings.

Purchases and local game data

Digital purchases, including premium access or paid vehicles, are processed by Google Play. We do not receive your complete payment-card or bank details. We may receive product identifiers, transaction status, purchase tokens, and entitlement information needed to grant and restore purchased content.

Rewarded car unlocks are session-based: they remain available while the current app session is running and reset after the Game is fully closed. Permanent purchases and premium entitlements are handled separately and may be restored through the platform store.

Service providers

We use the following providers for specific Game functions:

• Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform — ad delivery, mediation, consent choices, fraud prevention, reporting, and diagnostics.
• Google Play — app distribution, licensing, purchases, payment processing, and entitlement restoration.
• Website hosting provider — delivery and security of this static policy page, including ordinary server logs.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising disclosures or opt-out choices required by applicable US state law are provided through the available privacy-options form.

Retention and security

Session car unlocks are removed when the app session ends. Other preferences and entitlement records remain on the device for as long as needed to provide the Game, unless the app data is cleared or the Game is uninstalled. Platform purchase records and advertising data are retained by the relevant provider according to its policies and legal obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to their legal transfer mechanisms and safeguards.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• request information about personal data associated with you;
• request correction or deletion where applicable;
• withdraw consent or change advertising privacy choices;
• object to or restrict certain processing; and
• submit a complaint to your local data-protection authority.

Because the Game does not require an account, we may need technical information from you to locate a record. Some requests involving Google-held information may need to be made directly to Google using its privacy tools.

Policy changes

We may update this policy when Game features, advertising partners, legal requirements, or data practices change. We will update the effective date above and provide additional notice in the Game when a material change requires it.
